Position=20 Summary:

=B7 =20 For=20 assigned group of products, prepares production schedule with two month = horizon,=20 coordinating purchased and intermediate materials, outside services and=20 equipment requirements; generates and issues shop floor packets at least = three=20 days prior to start date; minimizes the occurrence of customer service = failures=20 and manages inventory to established parameters. Some product groups may = have a=20 requirement maintaining a constant 12 month horizon (value assigned = products,=20 etc.)

=B7 =20 Responsible=20 for customer relations management for designated customers. Facilitates the resolution of = customer=20 concerns related to service. =20 Advises Quality and Advanced Manufacturing of quality=20 concerns.

=B7 =20 May=20 be responsible for preparation of the Master Production Schedule for a = select=20 product groups.

=B7 =20 Determines=20 priorities and initiates action when changes in the forecast and/or = resources=20 dictate re-evaluation of existing schedules.

=B7 =20 Participate=20 in the daily production meeting. Work as a member of a team to resolve = problems=20 effecting products that are scheduled to be = produced.

=B7 =20 Participate=20 on element teams/core teams=20 for=20 new product introductions when required.

=B7 =20 Coaches=20 other team members as required, sharing knowledge and experience=20 willingly.

=B7 =20 Perform=20 above functions to meet department and plant goals and objectives. These = include, but are not limited to: Service Level, Inventory Levels and = Revenue=20 management.

Performs = other=20 duties or special assignments as required. =

Minimum=20 Requirements/Qualifications:
B.S.=20 Degree in Business, Production Management or equivalent with 5+ years = of=20 planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment with utilization of = MRP II=20 software

Preferred=20 Licensure/Certification

=B7 APICS/CPIM=20 and APICS/CIRM

Physical=20 Requirements:

Normal = office=20 environment.=20
Position = may=20 require frequent communication and walking to other areas in = which=20 designated PPE will be required.

=B7 =20 Position=20 will require sitting and standing.

=B7 =20 Employee=20 may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
